Playing for events (weddings, parties, etc.) is an art form. And getting the volume right is crucial. When you play an event people are not there to listen to you. You are there to set the mood, and people should not have to scream at each other to hear what they are saying. No problem, I get it. But every once in while there are people who go nuts about this. There are manager types who walk around with sound pressure level meters to make sure are you are within acceptable guidelines. Now remember I play a classical guitar.
